What does a 4/5 split classroom look like during any average school day?
Language Arts and Math will be taught in grades 4 and 5 during the same block of time each day. This will maximize flexibility for instructional delivery.
- Example: Grade 4 = 32 students - Language Arts
- Students will be in 2-3 groups according to strengths.
- Group 1 - Title 1 teacher (3-5 days)
- Group 2 - Miss Kennedy (daily)
- Group 3 - Miss Quickery ( daily)
- (Mrs.Dressel will work with a group once a week)
